1. They are happy to lie about room availability and will even try to hide to avoid having to serve you (Cafe Rix).

2. Be aware that there are air conditioning condensors near the elevators of Cabana 9A which I would avoid for concern over the noise it produces.

3. My ONLY critiscism of the whole holiday was that at certain times you would have to queue in the food hall eg 9am in the morning for breakfast but you soon learn to avoid the popular mealtimes if possible.

9. We did have almost a 10 minute walk to the lobby/restaurant area (we also have a 3 year-old, so it probably wouldn't take a family with older children quite as long) but we tried to avoid it as much as possible by getting off at that stop after the parks when we wanted to eat.
