2. We arrived after a frustrating time trying to find the Disney bus location at the airport and struggled with all our luggage as did not realize that room was so far away from front area (we arranged for golf cart to pick us up with luggage when we left).

6. What was even more frustrating is that the lady on check-in didn't inform us of this immediately, rather she kept us waiting for 20 minutes whilst she stared blankly at the computer, occasionally hitting a few keys.
