3. That being said, Disney gave us $250 worth of benefits due to our poor treatment at the Bistro de Paris and the concierge mistakes, but we'd happily trade that for the time we lost on our trip.

My only complaint was that when we checked in there was some construction in the lobby and so we went to conscierge instead of check in desk by mistake - the lady helped us but was painfully slow - it took 20 minutes to check in - she was helping other staff, and made mistakes on our check in room cards for charge purposes but finally got it together.
