1. The bathroom had mold in it on the ceiling the floor was dirty and there was left over food in the clothes drawer.

3. First impression when we walked in: What is it with the moldy, wet towel under the bed for two weeks smell? The person that had stayed before us had strategically placed in clear view a size Large Hollister sticker (that must have come from a t-shirt) on the bathroom vanity perhaps as a reminder to 'clean here' for the next guest.
