2. The room that we had was dirty(found fries under tables,on the floor,etc), out dated (the A/C unit was one that I havent seen in hotels in years) and uncomfortable (beds were only FULL size or king and of course king wasnt availble).

5. Beautiful resort, lush landscaping, room was adequate and clean, great for a good night sleep but not much else as the table and chairs are on the same wall as the television so if you wanted to watch the television you had to sit or lay on the bed and that could get uncomfortable after awhile.

Pro's of hotel:*We only paid $114 (July 5-9), could have been worse paying $184 as non Fla residents*Quiet environment*Pretty environment*Friendly ducks*Food was good*Water taxi was peaceful*Smaller quieter pools nearby*Beds in room, while highly uncomfortable and small, the frames were very cute (log beds)*Bus service was nice but crowded since the monorail was shut down from the tragic accident*We are a family of 5 and we found the room to be a nice sizeWhen we checked out 2 days early, I was not even asked why we were checking out.

7. Room was in the magnolia section as requested but the room was very worn appearing,control on fridge broken,towels shabby but not torn,beds very uncomfortable,room not cleaned properly,not vacuumed for 2 days,toilet dirty,thick dust all around,light bulb out above vanity entire stay.
