1. I found bobby pins in the bathroom from previous people, a razor cap on my bed, and the tiles had mildew on them.

7. Bathroom was clean, no mould or mildew, no stay hairs left behind and always had fresh towels, and room was cleaned daily, i think the mouse keepers get to know your pattern as we always left early in the morning sometimes returning lunchtime but our room was always done on our return.

8. The room was always clean - never did we have a problem with housekeeping; our room was made up every morning, plentiful fresh towels, clean bathroom (no mildew anywhere), clean floors, etc.
