I was nickled-and-dimed for every extra service (and double-billed for a few things that I had to clear up prior to check out), the staff was rude and unhelpful (I can't even count how many times I heard 'I'm sorry' followed by 'You'll have to go talk to someone else'), check out and luggage service was horrible, the Disney Magical Express shuttle service to the airport was 30 minutes late, the rooms were dark and very loud and the dining options limited.
