1. The service was poor at best, we had a broken glass outside our door and in a span of 12 hours, I had to speak to 3 different people to get it cleaned up,finnaly grabbing someone and walking them to our door to do it.

9. Its got a very limited menu, and again the childrens options were very poor, As a Brit I found it quite disconcerting that waiting staff would swoop on the table and remove a plate as soon as someone had finished.
