1. The service was poor at best, we had a broken glass outside our door and in a span of 12 hours, I had to speak to 3 different people to get it cleaned up,finnaly grabbing someone and walking them to our door to do it.

9. Oh, and the rooms, the room my adult children were in had a broken lumpy bed on a tilt , the ironing board holder came right out of the wall when they wanted to iron cloths, what a messy disaster.
