1. This was not a problem for us as we brought our laptop and the lobby area was very comfortable for hanging out.

2. The problem we had was the lack of insulation between the floors (and lack of common courtesy of others) as we listened to the people above us walk around all night from 9pm-2:30am- after a couple of complaint calls to the staff we had to move to a different room.
