1. Our room was down the street from the main hotel in an old converted Hampton Inn that has been poorly maintained, no on site management and had so few guests it did not feel safe.

2. One night the shuttle did not show up at Epcot so a large group of hotel guests had to take taxis back to the hotel and since it is operated by another company, the hotel refused to reimburse us, and they don't seem to care that their guests are treated poorly by the shuttle service.
