1. The Shuttle operated by Platinum (doesn't worth a copper penny) is never in time; first morning wa 15 min late for departure; goes only to EPCOT and was 20 minutes late for return from EPCOT; no apologies; rude driver screaming loudly in microphone when you arrive at destination.

2. breakfast tasted horrible first bug i've seen in a hotel room in orlando--here property looked like they had quit spending money to maintain it pool/babypool was nice although the hours were not enforced (so it was loud late at nite) beds squeaked horribly kitchen was in bad shape housecleaning staff was very nice/helpful--if not particularly good at cleaning.

3. The furniture is horribly uncomfortable and the TV's are annoying because everytime you turn it on, it is a disney channel that is so damn loud it scares you and there is nothing you can do about that.
