1. I will say that the hotel staff that I dealt with were pleasant enough and will not say anything negative about the customer service with the exception of the maid service.

3. We had initially intended on using the hotel shuttle to get back and forth from the parks, however reading some of the negative reviews about the inconvenient shuttle times on this site we opted at the last minuite to rent a car for the full week.
