Staff were going through peoples suitcases and shopping bags, knonking over cups and not cleaning it up but worst of all when both customers and our Thomson rep tried to report and issues to the front desk the sole reply was 'staff do not touch things in rooms', now whether this was the little english he knew was another subject.
