5. From the mildew on the bathroom door to the fact that the ice machine wanted a quarter for ice and after eating a couple still yielded none (broken after all) just about sum up why I believe this hotel is overrated at 2 stars, One max, if that.

6. Bedsheets were not changed in two weeks - bottom sheet and matress protector didn't fit the bed properly so came off during the night, air conditioning was very loud, bed was broken so slumped on the one side.

7. I had to bring all cash and passports etc around with me because the safe in the room was broken, the dresser drawers were broken, the place needs some major reno's.

8. we had 14 days and 3 room changes at this hotel on arrival the first room was very smellywith dark broken furniture .

9. Upon entering the room we immediately were greeted with a horrible musty and smoky smell, the TV/drawers cabinet were broken and falling apart, paint was chipping off the wall, the bathroom floor was covered in dirt and grime, and the refrigerator door would not stay closed.
