1. it is dated and the pool area is small but this wasnt an issue for us at all since we were at the parks all day.

2. Basically I felt that the staff didn't care about any problems or issues that arose during my stay and when they did it was only when we were leaving the hotel.

4. old carpet didnt seem nor felt like it was clean, allergic people will have issues so bring your medicine.

5. Did a Bed bug Check and the board between bed and wall was filthy as was the table attached to the wall, so I doubt they stay on top of bug issues when they arise.

6. Staff were going through peoples suitcases and shopping bags, knonking over cups and not cleaning it up but worst of all when both customers and our Thomson rep tried to report and issues to the front desk the sole reply was 'staff do not touch things in rooms', now whether this was the little english he knew was another subject.

7. Main road behind hotel which thought was going to be a issue coz fairly loud but after spending days in the parks, i can honestly say i had 14 very good night sleeps.

9. Almost everyone there is Russian but they do understand English so no issues there.

Pros: good price, great location, friendly and helpful staff (I really liked that), complimentary breakfast (very simple, though)Cons: rooms and common areas need renovation (rooms have some issues with moist), breakfast room is too smallIn general, everything went fine and the hotel service was good too.
