1. The room was ok, but extremely dated with a really dirty carpet, the toilet was rusty and didnt flush, the whole place just felt dirty which was confirmed when I saw cockroaches running across the hallway.

3. It is rather dated and in desperate need of decorating, but the rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly & helpful (especially the young lady who checked us in), the rooms get cleaned daily.
