1. Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely abrupt woman behind the front desk who without barely touching the computer exclaimed she had no clue about our reservation.

3. Room really dirty, holes in the wall, dirty stained furniture, wouldn't walk on carpet with bare feet, we didn't even undress, dread to think what we were sharing the bed with.

6. this was our 3rd visit and weve always had exellent accomodation,although we only needed a base,bare minimum was fine but this place was dirty and in need of demolishing.

7. We had a dirty room with stained carpets that you could barely see the pattern on it, there were cigarette burns all over the bath, the sheets were actually filthy with stains.
