I wish that the guy who never switched the rooms, the second guy who couldn't understand the
problem
and kept asking where my tags were- as if to blame me, and the woman who seemed to blame me for leaving my bags in the old room were all MUCH better trained.

:we were told to pack our bags and leave the luggage by the door so the bellman could move them to the new room while we were out.

is that when we got there at 1pm there was nowhere to sit, and we were told that to enjoy the pool we would need to rent a bed for $400.
