1. The parties got a little loud on Saturday night if you stay on the pool side, but from my room, the noise was not bad.

2. Hallways were dirty and very dark - maybe so you couldn't see what bad shape they were in?Overall I would stay here again for the right price - I would say that a few years ago this place was a 5 star but now its starting to show a lot of wear & tear and would say its a 3 star 3 1/2 at most.
