1. The floors in all the room have exterior unsealed tiles as the flooring which means it's cold, hard and always dusty.

7. It may be hard to control bugs coming into the room since the balcony leads directly out to the garden area, but it's inexcusable to have a dirty room and a staff that does not care enough to do anything about it.
