1. The room is decorated very South Beach with its minimalist decor, the floors remind me of Mexico hotels when they have to wash down your room to protect from bugs.

2. it was infinitely better, but still there were bugs in the room; the shower pipes did not work if dialed past midpoint and sounded like they were going to burst.

3. It may be hard to control bugs coming into the room since the balcony leads directly out to the garden area, but it's inexcusable to have a dirty room and a staff that does not care enough to do anything about it.
