4. On top of this the rooms basically have these dirty looking speckled concrete/cement tiles as floor, I was walking in bare foot in my room, and a big piece of broken glass got stuck to my foot.

5. The room we received their was mold coming out of the vent, the shower nozzel was broken, and the maid service awaken us twice during our sleep to clean the room once 8am in the morning.
