2. (I had called a day earlier and explained it was my hooneymoon and asked for a front facing room and also if anything special could be done but received a room that faced the rear of the hotel and looked down onto pool area and nothing special was done, I let this go as a miscommunication) When we arrived to our room, the outside hallway smelled a bit moldy but I expected this as this is June in Miami.

3. The carpet was dirty, the room was the size of a closet, the bathroom was in desparate need of renovation, there was mold and mildew all over, there is no dresser for your personal, it had a stail smell about the room, and the ceiling fan had a severe wobble, as if it was about to fall from the ceiling, this room needs to be renovated.
