3. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and was very disappointed when I arrived because I thought it was a 4 star It was small, dirty, had no amenities, no charm.

6. 5 stars , and you cannot change or cancel once you complete your reservation got there on Thursday , room is tiny ,dirty , Safe didn't work , however the stuff were Ok , Location is amazing Collins and 10thwouldn't recommended it or sleep in it again.

7. dirty room, shower that suddenly went cold in the middle of using it, parking impossible, (unless you use valet, which takes forever), very loud (thin walls); but here's the worst part: we had a minor problem with the bill and had to deal with management.

The carpet was dirty, the room was the size of a closet, the bathroom was in desparate need of renovation, there was mold and mildew all over, there is no dresser for your personal, it had a stail smell about the room, and the ceiling fan had a severe wobble, as if it was about to fall from the ceiling, this room needs to be renovated.
