1. Noise was somewhat of an issue at night (with kids returning from the clubs), but I always travel with earplugs and wasn't very bothered.

7. I have issues with cleanliness and often cannot sleep soundly if I think the place is dirty or not bug free.

8. The fact that there were ear plugs as a room amenity (which don't really work) would indicate that we were not the first ones to experience this issue.

9. Several reviewers mention about parking being an issue - my advice is to not rent a car while you stay in Miami Beach - parking is too expensive and you can take a cab to most places if needed - walking is free.

10. My only minor issue would be the windows are single paned and our room was at the back facing an alleyway and if any noisy vehicles were there like waste pickup it felt as though it was right in your room.
