1. We didn't have any problems with loud neighbors and we were high enough not to hear any street noise if there was any.

2. Noise not much of a problem with the windows closed but we may've been fortunate our neighbors weren't the loud type.

3. When we checked in we received a room right next to the door that leads to the hallway of the floor, and I felt uncomfortable staying in that room because you would hear the door open and close all the time so we got switched to the room at the end of the hallway without a problem.

4. Towels for the beach were never a problem and when we checked out on our last day, we were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we enjoyed the beach for one last time.

7. Any minor problem was dealt with right away without any complaint or reminding, even opening the safe for me when I miskeyed the combination - I have been charged in another hotel for this privilege.
