1. The only downside to staying on South Beach are the homeless that seem to live in the park between Ocean Drive and the beach.

2. Friendly service, great to watch the world go by on the front veranda, only downside was we had a really small room, our friends got the ocean view room which was a lot larger and brighter other than that would well recommend and wouldnt stay anywhere else if we were coming back to Miami.

4. The only downside that I can think of is that the hotel is located right across from a public restroom and a section of a public park where homeless people sleep at night.

5. A bigger downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom: I had tons of hair in the shower :-(Talking about the good things: the hotel kept it's nice art deco style and is perfectly located for anyone who wants everything in walking distance.
