3. The bar was cute, the lobby was clean, the location was great, but the room was small, the water pressure was horrible.

4. The room was horrible, it smelled of rotten feet and there was a fungus in the bathroom with @ 4" long stems which had grown from the wall to the ceiling and a brown goo had begun to ooze down the wall.
