1. Right on the strip and this is one of the few hotels that does not have a restaurant right in front of it (so it's less noisy and busy - which is terrific.

4. At first I was fearful that Winterhaven's location on the corner of Ocean Dr and 14th St would be too noisy for a relaxing stay but I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel relatively quiet.
