1. The beds sunk in the middle and were really uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty, the pillows didn't match and we had a view of the top of a building.

2. The hotel lost power about mid-way through the storm, it was out for a few hours but restored before bedtime (if it had been out longer we would have had a dilemna, the windows had no screens and it would have been very uncomfortable to sleep without AC or deal without hot water).
