6. Our only major complaint was how loud it could be - the air conditioner makes an absolute racket but you get used to that.

7. One complaint though is the price of drinks at the bar, a Margharita in a plastic glass and a bottle of Bud $25 including tip, which we have noticed that this has now gone to being added onto every bill in South Beach at a whopping 18%.

9. Only complaint is that the wi-fi internet connection didn't work properly the entire time, but the phones are all VOIP so you can plug an ethernet cable into the phone to get internet access.
