1. The front desk was great upon check in; however, around 10:30 at night when my neighbors began partying, screaming and other items that I am too much of lady to discuss we called down to the front desk to complain and they did NOTHING.

8. Before booking a hotel in South beach, I must have read reviews about a hundred other hotels, and most people complained about noise.

9. breakfast was included in the price though this is nothing to write home about - basically a bagel or toast at Johnny Rockets next door from 9-11am but hey who's complaining it was free.
