2. My only gripes are that the bathroom was pretty small (no counter space for makeup or toiletries), the lighting was not good in the bathroom, there could have been a chair and small table in the room, and I didn't get a wake-up call I requested.

3. Our room was clean and tidy, though as mentioned before the bathroom is pretty small, but for a 3 day stay who cares? The room was cleaned well, air con was good - no complaints there.
