3. The only negative is the valet service which is the same service that operates all the valet along the Drive - it takes a while to get your car and the people may not always be in front of the hotel.

4. I have to say I haven't slept in a bed so small since I was 15 and I certainly found it a huge negative as did my partner.

7. On negative we were never offered welcome coctail / city tour complementary passes to any clubs and the aveda products were never restocked until we requested.
