There were 3 big downsides, the pool and pool deck were tiny and if you weren't at the pool early, it was very difficult to get a lounge chair (This will be imporved as they are building a new pool), but for now it was pretty poor), second, the service at the pool was slow and inconsistent with overpriced everything, and lastly, the construction next door was a real nuisance.
