1. one day the maids didn't make up the room (my son accidentally left the Do not disturb sign; however they could have called the room to see if we were there), and when we arrived at night they had no way to fix up the room and just sent a batch of clean towels.

2. As a previous reviewer commented, the construction is loud and disturbing if your room is on the south side of the building (as our's was) because a new property is just going up.
