Several mention that this is the '3rd' disappointing visit to the hotel & if this is the case & it's so bad why not book somewhere else?The hotel is extremely low key & I have to admit that the service in the bar was somewhat slow at times but you need to take into account that most people are too busy 'people watching' to worry whether on not their Mojito is slightly slow in being served.

8. So for the price we paid for the hotel we were happy with most everything, we paid about $200/night, had I paid $500 like others, I would have been sorely disappointed.

9. We left very early in the morning and was again disappointed to find that the web check out feature didn't work and when we went down to the lobby there was no one at the counter and no bell to summon them.
