4. We did upgrade to an ocean view room (which I would highly suggest you do, too) and thought we would be in an upstairs room---wrong.

7. The carpet was stained, all the finishes worn out, the bathroom finishes were all worn and chipped, the window air conditioner was noisy and barely worked, something was wrong with the television volume, a problem since the ac was so loud.
