1. We did not know about the church on the hotel grounds and for some reason they played loud Christian rock music through the night-all night.

3. Main hotel is one side of the road and they have 3 cottages on the Ocean front you can literally walk onto the beachI enjoyed it it so much I left the Door open all night I could smell the Ocean and hear the waves crash on the rocks and sands .

4. There were some rocks near the shore which made it a little dangerous for the kids, but if you walked a bit, it cleared up.

6. Who would I recommend this property to? The extreme budget traveler, who want a rock bottom price, and are not concerned about dirty tile/carpet/tub areas, or at the very least would not hesitate to contact housekeeping upon check in to address any issues in this area.

9. The grounds are beautiful and if you are lucky, when you sit by the pool at night, musicians will be practicing at the church that is on the grounds right near the pool and you will get a free rock concert like we did.

10. Cocoanut Palms everywhere,the ocean is a stones throw away and the sound of the surf crashing against the lava rocks will put you right to sleep.
