6. Where to start from? Room: at the lower level (sitting area and bathroom) the sofa had breadcrumbs on it and was so filthy, that we had to ask for a bedsheet to cover it, in order to be able to sit on it.

In this room you will be greeted by a strong, foul odor, find a rusted wall air-conditioner, termite ravished painted walls, filthy flooring on which i insisted the boys wear their slippers at all times, non-functional knob locks replaced by just a chain lock, no electrical socket in the bathroom, thin, old towels.
