1. Any issues were immediately addressed by the staff, from extra pillows & coffee from housekeeping, to fixing a broken window slat by maintenance.

5. I went to the desk and tried for a refund but no luck, since I paid about $400 and cashed in roughly 15000 World Points (about $150) for the room they could not help due to a third party issue.

6. Who would I recommend this property to? The extreme budget traveler, who want a rock bottom price, and are not concerned about dirty tile/carpet/tub areas, or at the very least would not hesitate to contact housekeeping upon check in to address any issues in this area.

8. The front desk clerk was very nice and got us checked in, she couldn't understand why there was only one key for our room but didn't want us to wait while she sorted out the key issue & sent us over to our room.

9. Yes, there's a small private beach right across the street but most guidebooks don't suggest swimming anywhere there until you get to Kamaole Beach I because of the cleanliness of the water and the seaweed issues.
