1. We did stay in unit 39 which is rather noisy due to the restaurant across the street.

4. We booked this condo and prepaid in Feb for the August stay with specific requests: A unit NOT at the noisy road and NOT on the upper floors (I have knee issues) So of course when we arrived we were assigned one on the noisy road and up several flights.

6. Two drawbacks (for some): 'plantation style' means no glass on the side windows, just louvers over screen, so sometimes noisy neighbors can be a problem.

8. No A/C, in general not a problem as the windows have shutters to allow the trade winds to blow through, but if you have a noisy neighbor it can be annoying.

10. I have read some reviews saying people find this resort noisy, all in all it is fine, you can hear people coughing and talking but it is a quiet place, you don't go there to party.
