1. I was a bit disappointed in the Plantation Garden restaurant located on the resort grounds and I wrote a separate review on this -- but check it out for yourself.

2. My sister-in-law was disappointed that we really didn't have ocean views, although that depends on how ocean-view is defined: we could see the ocean in the distance.

3. The adults were a little disappointed, as the beverage service at the pool was pretty sketchy (not always open and drinks were low quality) so if you are picturing lounging around the pool with tropical drinks, you may be disappointed.

5. We were not disappointed by any of their recommendations (boat tour, botanical garden tour, restaurants, shuttle, and the Sheraton's luau)Also, we decided to not rent a car as we didnt want to bother driving.

8. This was so disappointing When we arrived at about 8:00 pm from our trip, the sounds from the roadway made it seem as if traffic was going right through the apartment.
