1. 00 per night - very expensive, even for Hawaii, and definitely not worth it.

2. If you are flexible I would say wing it -we ended up with a beautiful updated condo overlooking Brennecke beach, twice the size of outriggers condo, with a pretty pool that was quiet and overlooked the ocean not to mention it was slightly less expensive.

4. As I understand the units with the ocean view (and most likely it will be only partial) are much more expensive than those without.
