1. Upon checking out, the young man asked about our problem and when I told him that they didn't quiet down for another twenty minutes or so, he removed one night's parking charge from the bill ($32) which was also appreciated.

4. There was a gap under the connecting doors that made it seem like they were in the same room with us, and until something is done to fix this, this type of problem will reoccur.

5. Had a few minor problems which the very professional manager Misty did accomadate us the next dI will go back to this Hyatt as I felt the room was beautiful and the staff professional.

7. And one morning when the hotel experienced a problem with the hot water outside of their control, the management was gracious and generous in it's efforts to make up for the inconvenience.

8. We were room only which was not a problem as there is an excellent deli right opposite the hotel which serves a great breakfast and any amount of coffee to set you up for a hard days sight seeeing in NYC.

9. Despite the inconvenience, they treated this problem with professionalism and a great attitude (I'll admit, I was very taken aback by a major hotel allowing smoking indoors).
