4. Since this hotel clearly aspires to be pretty luxurious, I am downgrading it for the neglect of carpet and whatever ventilation issues it may have.

5. While my overall experience was more positive than negative, there were more issues than I would prefer to be dealing with in a 4 star hotel.

6. Initially there were only 3 towel sets and a tv cable was missing, but following a quick call to housekeeping both issues were resolved within 10 minutes.

7. The fridge was warm, and the front desk sent someone right up to look at it (plug issue) and we were off to the bar for a nightcap.

9. The hotel was modern, clean, the people were great and very kind, only issue we had was one lady was on her cell phone with a private call at the Consierge desk.

10. It was a good place to sit on a balmy evening though and the noise wasn't much of an issue for me because the bar closed at 9pm.
