1. I also tried to use the e-concierge facility to raise my complaint but it was down for scheduled maintenance.

2. My only complaint was when I checking in ( 3pm ), I had told the girl on the front desk for a quiet room that away from the elevators and ice machine.

3. Everything is very new and updated in the rooms and common hotel areas, the rooms are on the smaller side but I had no complaints.

8. My 65 year old mother and I were sharing a room and had someone from the hotel staff come up to our room to tell us that we had a noise complaint at 9:30pm on a Friday night.
