6. Other comments about the room (that don't have to do with first floor location): noticed noise coming from other rooms (could hear when people were talking too loud and the alarm going off from the room next door-it wasn't noticeable all the time but there were a couple of nights/mornings I considered calling the front desk); our room had a view of downtown Manhattan & Statue of Liberty in the distance, the size of the room was bigger than some apartments in NYC (2 double beds, a long couch under the window, long desk/dresser across from the beds, refrigerator, coffee pot, closet, and bench at the entry to room, nice sized bathroom as well however it did not have a fan.
