1. Members of my research team had to switch rooms because they messed things up in reservations even though we did the reservations in December.

2. I was actually hurt the 1st day of me and my girlfriends stay in the shower because it was left in a dilapidated state and not marked it was broken and that the hot water was messed up and got too hot and you could not turn it off.
